I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and serve residents of Iowa through telemedicine.  Whether you are in Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Cedar Falls, or Waterloo, I can help you with your feelings of depression and anxiety.  Through telehealth, I provide assessment and medication management for depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.  I work with children, teens, and adults and I also work closely with students at the University of Iowa, Iowa State University, and the University of Northern Iowa who are struggling with depression and anxiety.  I offer medication management and some natural options as well.
